Our individual informational sessions/recruiting process is designed to identify the most promising young athletes, with a particular focus on players who demonstrate a passion for the game. Our coaches have years of experience in evaluating players, both in terms of their talent and their attitude. We look for players who are dedicated to developing their skills, who are always striving to improve and who are willing to learn and take feedback in order to get there.

Season details are posted early and are as accurate as possible allowing time for families to plan accordingly for tournaments and practices. All communication from Strikers administration and the coaching staff is provided in a timely manner.

We have worked hard to establish a culture of teamwork and communication at Pearland Strikers Volleyball Club. Whether on the court or off the court, we know that it is critical to be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Our coaching staff emphasizes the importance of communication, and they provide our team with the tools and strategies necessary to maintain a high level of communication both during and outside of practice.

Pearland Strikers is committed to providing our players with the best possible training. We follow the team curriculum set by USA Volleyball to ensure that our players receive consistent and comprehensive training. Our coaches work individually with each player to develop all aspects of their game, so they can become well-rounded players. Our goal is to help our players reach their full potential and develop a love for the sport. We also provide more guidance than direction in teaching our players in tactical situations. It is a player’s game, not a coach’s game and we truly value that at our program. Regardless of age or level, the club curriculum guides all our teams’ development.
